Florida Technical College, founded in 1982 is a private college with five separate campuses in the state of Florida. FTC offers small class sizes to facilitate attention to individuals as well as flexible course schedules so that students can get an education despite having busy lives. FTC is a “focused” learning school which means that students usually only take one course per month with only one instructor. FTC offers a 13-month diploma program in Baking and Pasteleria, and a diploma program in Culinary Arts.
The Melbourne, Florida campus for the Keiser University Center for Culinary Arts is one of their three Florida locations for culinary training. They offer an Associate’s Degree of science in Culinary Arts. Keiser University is committed to mastery, not just passing classes and moving along.
